앱에서 바로 삭제하기
Delete it yourself in the app
- 케빈 앱을 엽니다.
- 아래 마이 탭으로 갑니다.
- 오른쪽 위 톱니바퀴(설정)를 누릅니다.
- 계정 삭제를 누르고 확인합니다.
- Open the Kevin app.
- Go to the 마이 (My) tab at the bottom.
- Tap the gear icon (Settings) at the top right.
- Tap 계정 삭제 (Delete account) and confirm.
누르는 즉시 지워지며 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
이메일로 요청하기

앱을 이미 지웠거나 로그인할 수 없다면 spov.inc.official@gmail.com 으로 가입에 사용한 Google 또는 Apple 계정 이메일과 앱에서 쓰던 닉네임을 적어 보내 주세요. 본인 확인 후 영업일 기준 5일 이내에 처리하고 회신합니다(관련 법령상 기한은 10일 이내).
If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email spov.inc.official@gmail.com with the Google or Apple account email you signed in with and your in-app nickname. We verify the request and complete it within 5 business days (statutory limit: 10 days).
삭제되는 데이터
What is deleted
- 계정: 익명/연동 이용자 ID, 닉네임, 초대 코드
- 진행: 운동 기록, 레벨·경험치·코인·보유 아이템, 연속 일수, 코인 획득·사용 내역
- 챌린지: 기록과 랭킹 등재분
- 친구 관계(내 목록과 상대 목록의 내 자리 모두)
- Account: anonymous/linked user ID, nickname, invite code
- Progress: workout history, level, XP, coins, owned items, streak, coin ledger
- Challenges: your records and leaderboard entries
- Friend links (both in your list and your entry in theirs)
카메라 영상은 애초에 수집하지 않습니다 — 자세 인식은 기기 안에서만 이루어지고 영상은 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 기기 갤러리에 저장한 사진은 회사가 보관하지 않으므로 직접 지우시면 됩니다.
Camera video is never collected — pose detection runs on your device and no video is sent to our servers. Photos you saved to your gallery stay on your device; delete them there.
