이 개인정보 처리방침은 주식회사 스포브(이하 "회사")가 운영하는 모바일 앱 케빈 - 운동으로 키우는 나만의 캐릭터 및 관련 서비스(이하 "앱")에 적용됩니다.

카메라 영상은 기기 밖으로 나가지 않습니다
케빈은 기기의 전면 카메라로 운동 횟수를 셉니다. 카메라 영상과 자세 인식 결과는 전부 기기 안에서 처리되며, 회사를 포함한 어디로도 전송되거나 저장되지 않습니다. 인식은 기기 안에서 도는 구글 ML Kit 라이브러리로 이루어지고, 앱에는 영상을 업로드하는 경로 자체가 없습니다. 다만 ML Kit는 기능 유지를 위해 영상이 아닌 진단 정보(아래 "수집하는 정보" 참고)를 구글에 보냅니다.
"함께 사진찍기"로 만든 사진은 이용자가 저장을 선택할 때 기기의 갤러리에만 저장됩니다.
수집하는 정보와 이용 목적

계정을 연동하지 않아도 앱의 모든 기능을 쓸 수 있습니다. 애플 로그인에서 "이메일 가리기"를 선택하면 회사는 애플이 생성한 익명 주소만 받습니다.
이름·생년월일·성별·전화번호·주소·신체 치수·연락처는 수집하지 않습니다. 앱은 위치 권한을 요청하지 않으며 정확한 위치(GPS)를 수집하지 않습니다. 다만 광고 SDK(구글 AdMob)가 IP 주소로 국가·도시 수준의 대략적인 지역을 추정해 광고 제공에 사용할 수 있습니다.
쿠키 및 추적 기술
앱은 쿠키를 사용하지 않습니다. 광고와 오류 수집에 쓰이는 제3자 SDK가 기기 식별자를 사용할 수 있습니다. 관련 법령이 요구하는 경우, 필수적이지 않은 추적 기술을 사용하기 전에 동의를 받습니다.
iPhone에서는 광고를 불러오기 전에 앱 추적 허용 여부를 묻습니다(App Tracking Transparency). 허용하지 않으면 광고 식별자는 전달되지 않고 맞춤형이 아닌 광고가 나옵니다. 앱의 다른 기능은 그대로 쓸 수 있습니다.
광고 식별자는 기기 설정에서 언제든 거부하거나 바꿀 수 있습니다.
- Android: 설정 → Google → 광고 → 광고 ID 삭제(또는 재설정)
- iPhone: 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적 → 케빈 끄기
인공지능
앱은 기기 안에서 도는 머신러닝으로 자세를 인식해 횟수를 셉니다. 이 처리는 기기 안에서만 일어나며, 카메라 프레임이나 자세 데이터는 어디로도 전송되지 않습니다. ML Kit가 구글에 보내는 것은 위 표의 진단 정보뿐입니다. 회사는 AI로 이용자를 프로파일링하거나, 맞춤 광고에 쓰거나, 법적 효력이 있는 결정을 내리지 않습니다. 자세 데이터는 운동 중 횟수를 세는 데만 쓰이고 세트가 끝나면 남지 않습니다.
제3자 접근
이용자의 진행 기록은 다른 기기에서 복원할 수 있도록 구글 Firebase에 저장됩니다. 이 데이터는 익명화되지 않으며 계정 식별자와 연결되어 있습니다.
친구 기능을 사용하면 친구로 연결된 다른 이용자에게 닉네임·레벨·연속 일수·마지막 접속 시각·꾸민 모습이 표시됩니다. 챌린지에 기록을 남기면 닉네임과 기록이 친구 순위표에 표시됩니다.

사진 공유는 이용자가 공유를 누를 때 기기의 공유 화면으로 넘어가며, 받을 앱은 이용자가 고릅니다. 운동 알림은 기기 안에서만 만들어지고 서버를 거치지 않습니다.
회사는 다음의 경우 정보를 공개할 수 있습니다.
- 법령에 따라 요구되는 경우(소환장 등 법적 절차 포함)
- 권리 보호, 이용자나 타인의 안전 보호, 사기 조사, 정부 요청 대응을 위해 필요하다고 선의로 판단하는 경우
- 위에 열거한 수탁자에게 — 회사를 대신해 처리할 뿐 독자적으로 이용하지 않습니다
국외 이전
위 서비스들은 이용자의 거주 국가 밖(유럽경제지역 밖 포함, 주로 미국)에서 데이터를 저장·처리합니다. 관련 법령이 보호조치를 요구하는 경우, 회사는 해당 사업자가 제공하는 장치(유럽연합 집행위원회 승인 표준계약조항, 적정성 결정, 법령상 요구되는 경우의 동의 등)에 따릅니다.
보관 기간
- 계정·진행 데이터는 이용자가 계정을 삭제할 때까지 보관합니다. 삭제하면 회사가 보관하던 프로필·진행·챌린지 기록·친구 관계가 즉시 지워지며 복구할 수 없습니다. 백업본은 백업 주기에 따라 순차 삭제됩니다.
- 오류 기록과 광고 데이터는 구글이 자체 보관 정책에 따라 보관합니다.
- 결제 기록: 회사는 영수증이나 결제 내역을 보관하지 않습니다. 앱에서 파는 것은 코인 묶음뿐이고, 결제와 영수증 확인은 구글 플레이·애플 앱스토어가 처리합니다. 결제수단 정보(카드번호·계좌 등)도 수집하지 않습니다. 법령상 보존 의무가 있는 거래 기록은 해당 스토어가 각 사 정책에 따라 보관합니다.
데이터 삭제
앱 안에서 언제든 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.
설정 → 계정 삭제
누르면 회사가 보관하던 프로필·진행·챌린지 기록·친구 관계·초대 코드가 즉시 지워집니다. 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
회사는 결제 영수증을 보관하지 않으므로 남는 결제 기록도 없습니다.
이메일(spov.inc.official@gmail.com)로도 삭제를 요청할 수 있으며, 관련 법령이 정한 기한 내에 처리합니다.
앱을 삭제하면 기기에서의 추가 수집은 멈추지만, 이미 저장된 데이터가 자동으로 지워지지는 않습니다 — 위의 앱 내 삭제나 이메일 요청을 이용해 주세요.
알림
회사는 서비스 운영과 법령상 필요한 안내를 보낼 수 있습니다. 마케팅 메일은 보내지 않습니다. 앱은 기기 안에서 운동 알림을 띄울 수 있으며, 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다.
이용자의 권리
이용자는 개인정보의 열람·정정·삭제를 요구할 수 있고, 처리의 정지나 제한을 요구할 수 있습니다. 권리 행사나 동의 철회는 spov.inc.official@gmail.com 으로 연락해 주세요.
캘리포니아 주민의 권리 (CCPA/CPRA)
캘리포니아 주민은 수집되는 개인정보를 알 권리, 삭제를 요구할 권리, 판매·공유를 거부할 권리, 권리 행사로 차별받지 않을 권리가 있습니다. 회사는 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 권리 행사는 spov.inc.official@gmail.com 으로 연락해 주세요.
아동
앱은 만 14세 미만(또는 관련 법령이 정하는 그 이상의 연령) 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 아동이 개인정보를 제공한 사실을 알게 되면 즉시 삭제합니다. 자녀가 정보를 제공했다고 생각되는 부모 또는 보호자는 spov.inc.official@gmail.com 으로 연락해 주세요.
보안
회사는 기술적·절차적 보호조치로 정보를 지킵니다. 자세 인식은 기기 안에서만 수행되어 영상이 기기를 벗어나지 않고, 서버 규칙으로 각 기록을 본인만 쓸 수 있게 제한하며, 모든 통신은 HTTPS로 암호화됩니다. 진행 기록은 본인과, 회사가 지정한 소수의 운영 담당자만 서비스 운영·오류 대응을 위해 열람할 수 있습니다.
유출 통지
개인정보가 영향을 받는 유출 사고가 발생하면, 관련 법령이 정한 바에 따라 유출의 성격과 취한 조치를 포함해 통지합니다.
변경
회사는 본 방침을 갱신할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 시행 전에 앱 공지와 이 페이지에 새 시행일과 함께 알립니다. 이전 버전은 spov.inc.official@gmail.com 으로 요청하면 제공합니다.

Camera video never leaves your device
Kevin counts your exercise repetitions using your device's front camera. The camera video and the pose-detection results are processed entirely on your device. They are never uploaded, transmitted, or stored by the Service Provider or anyone else. Pose detection runs through Google ML Kit on the device, and the app contains no code path that uploads camera imagery. ML Kit does send Google diagnostic information — not video — to keep the feature working (see "Information Collection and Use").
Photos you create with the "photo with Kevin" feature are saved only to your own device gallery when you choose to save them.
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects the following information when you use it:

You can use every feature of the app without linking an account. If you sign in with Apple and choose "Hide My Email", the Service Provider only receives the anonymised address Apple generates.
The Application does not collect your name, date of birth, gender, phone number, postal address, body measurements, or contacts. The Application does not request location permission and does not collect your precise (GPS) location. However, the advertising SDK (Google AdMob) may infer your approximate region (country or city level) from your IP address to serve ads.
Cookies and tracking technologies
The Application does not use cookies. Third-party SDKs (advertising, crash reporting) may use device identifiers to deliver and measure their services. Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider will obtain consent before using non-essential tracking technologies.
On iPhone, the Application asks for tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency) before loading ads. If you don't allow it, no advertising ID is shared and you see non-personalised ads; every other feature works the same.
You can opt out of or reset the advertising ID at any time in device settings:
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete (or reset) advertising ID
- iPhone: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → turn off Kevin
Artificial Intelligence
The Application uses on-device machine learning to detect body pose and count repetitions. This processing happens on your device only; camera frames and pose data are not sent anywhere. The only thing ML Kit sends to Google is the diagnostic information listed above. The Service Provider does not use AI to profile you, to personalise advertising, or to make any decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects for you. Pose data is used solely to count repetitions during a workout and is not retained after the set ends.
Third Party Access
Your progress and records are stored on Google Firebase so they can be restored on another device. This data is not anonymised — it is linked to your account identifier.
If you use the social features, other users who are your friends can see your nickname, level, streak, last active time, and your character's appearance. Challenge records show your nickname and time to friends on the ranking board.
The Application uses the following third-party services, each with its own privacy policy:

Sharing a photo hands it to your device's share sheet when you tap share; you choose the receiving app. Workout reminders are created on the device and do not pass through a server.
The Service Provider may disclose information:
- as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
- when necessary in good faith to protect rights, protect the safety of users or others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
- to the service providers listed above, who process data on the Service Provider's behalf and have no independent right to use it.
International Data Transfers
The service providers above store and process data outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area — primarily in the United States. Where applicable law requires safeguards for such transfers, the Service Provider relies on the mechanisms offered by those providers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, adequacy decisions, or your consent where legally required.
Data Retention
- Account and progress data is kept until you delete your account. When you delete it, the Service Provider's copy of your profile, progress, challenge records, and friend connections is deleted immediately and cannot be restored. Backups are removed on the backup rotation schedule.
- Crash logs and advertising data are retained by Google according to its own retention periods.
- Purchase records are not retained by the Service Provider. The only items sold in the app are coin packs, and payment and receipt validation are handled by Google Play and the Apple App Store. No payment instrument data (card or bank details) is collected. Statutory transaction records are kept by those stores under their own policies.
Data Deletion
You can delete your account yourself, at any time, inside the app:
Settings → Delete account
This immediately removes the profile, progress, challenge records, friend connections, and invite code held by the Service Provider. It cannot be undone.
No purchase records are kept by the Service Provider, so nothing remains on that side either.
You can also request deletion by email at spov.inc.official@gmail.com. The Service Provider will process your request within the timeframes required by applicable law.
Uninstalling the app stops further collection from your device, but does not by itself delete data already stored by the Service Provider — use the in-app deletion or the email request above.
Communications
The Service Provider may send notices that are required for the service or by law. The Service Provider does not send marketing emails. The app can show local workout reminders on your device, which you can turn off in the app's settings.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or restrict processing. To exercise these rights, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, contact spov.inc.official@gmail.com.
Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. The Service Provider does not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, contact spov.inc.official@gmail.com.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 14 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from them. If the Service Provider learns that a child has provided personal information, it will be deleted immediately. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided information may contact spov.inc.official@gmail.com.
Security
The Service Provider protects your information with technical and procedural safeguards: pose detection runs on-device so video never leaves the phone, server rules restrict each record so that only its owner can write it, and all network traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Progress records can be read only by their owner and a small number of operations staff designated by the Service Provider, for running the service and handling errors.
Data Breach Notification
If a data breach affects your personal data, the Service Provider will notify you in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including the nature of the breach and the steps taken to address it.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in the app and on this page with a new effective date before they take effect. Previous versions are available on request at spov.inc.official@gmail.com.
