앱에서 바로 삭제하기
Delete it yourself in the app
- 로말 앱을 엽니다.
- 설정으로 갑니다.
- 데이터 초기화를 누르고 확인합니다.
- Open the Romal app.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Reset data and confirm.
회원·평가 기록·트레이너 진행 상태가 기기와 서버에서 함께 지워집니다. 회원 한 명이나 기록 하나만 지우면 그 항목만 서버에서도 지워집니다.
Clients, assessment records and trainer progress are deleted from both the device and the server. Deleting a single client or record removes just that item from the server too.
앱만 삭제하면 서버의 기록은 지워지지 않습니다. 로말은 로그인 없이 익명 계정으로 저장하기 때문에, 앱을 지운 뒤에는 그 기록에 다시 접근할 수 없습니다. 앱을 지우기 전에 데이터 초기화를 먼저 해 주세요. 지운 데이터는 회사도 복구할 수 없습니다.
Deleting the app alone does not delete records on the server. Romal stores data under an anonymous account with no sign-in, so those records can't be reached again once the app is gone. Please run Reset data before deleting the app. We cannot recover deleted data.
어디에 무엇이 저장되나요
What is stored where
- 기기에만: 촬영한 사진·영상, 회원 이름(별칭) — 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
- 서버(Firebase): 익명 ID, 회원 성별·나이·키·몸무게·메모, 평가 기록(점수·관절 좌표·분석 조건·날짜·목적·트레이너 메모)
- Google 서비스: 앱 사용 분석, 자세 인식 진단 정보, 광고 식별자 — 각 서비스 정책에 따라 Google이 보관합니다.
- Device only: photos, videos and client names (nicknames) — never sent to the server.
- Server (Firebase): anonymous ID; client gender, age, height, weight and notes; assessment records (score, joint coordinates, analysis conditions, date, purpose, trainer notes)
- Google services: usage analytics, pose detection diagnostics, advertising ID — kept by Google under each service's policy.

이미 앱을 지웠다면 spov.inc.official@gmail.com 으로 앱 이름(로말), 사용한 기기 종류, 사용 기간, 그리고 기록을 찾는 데 도움이 되는 정보(등록한 회원 수, 마지막 평가 날짜 등)를 적어 보내 주세요. 익명 계정이라 기록을 특정하기 어려울 수 있으며, 확인 가능한 범위에서 영업일 기준 5일 이내에 처리하고 결과를 회신합니다.
If you have already deleted the app, email spov.inc.official@gmail.com with the app name (Romal), your device model, when you used it, and anything that helps us find the records (number of clients, date of the last assessment, etc.). Because accounts are anonymous we may not be able to identify every record; we process what we can verify within 5 business days and reply with the result.

What may be kept
- 법령상 보관 의무가 있거나 분쟁 해결·법적 청구에 필요한 정보
- 정기 삭제 예정인 암호화 백업에 남은 사본 — 백업 주기에 따라 지워집니다
- 이용자를 식별할 수 없도록 익명화한 통계
- Data we are required to keep by law, or need to establish, exercise or defend legal claims
- Residual copies in encrypted backups scheduled for routine deletion
- Anonymized statistics that cannot be linked back to you
