로말은 로그인·회원가입 없이 쓰는 앱입니다. 촬영한 사진·영상과 회원 이름(별칭)·평가 기록은 기기에만 저장되며 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 앱 데이터가 함께 지워집니다.
Romal requires no sign-in or registration. Photos, videos, member names (nicknames) and assessment records are stored only on your device and are not sent to our servers. Uninstalling the app removes the app data stored on your device.
지운 데이터는 회사도 복구할 수 없습니다. 필요한 기록은 먼저 따로 보관해 주세요.
We cannot recover deleted on-device data. Keep a copy of any records you need first.

Request deletion of data we hold
앱 사용 중 자동으로 수집되는 이용 데이터(Usage Data: 기기 종류, OS, 기기 식별자, 진단 정보 등)의 삭제를 원하시면 spov.inc.official@gmail.com 으로 앱 이름(로말)과 사용 중인 기기 종류를 적어 보내 주세요. 본인 확인 후 영업일 기준 5일 이내에 처리하고 회신합니다.
To request deletion of Usage Data collected automatically while you use the app (device type, OS, device identifiers, diagnostic data, etc.), email spov.inc.official@gmail.com with the app name (Romal) and your device model. We verify the request and complete it within 5 business days.
삭제 후에도 남을 수 있는 데이터
What may be kept
- 법령상 보관 의무가 있거나 분쟁 해결·법적 청구에 필요한 정보
- 정기 삭제 예정인 암호화 백업에 남은 사본 — 백업 주기에 따라 지워집니다
- 이용자를 식별할 수 없도록 익명화한 통계
- Data we are required to keep by law, or need to establish, exercise or defend legal claims
- Residual copies in encrypted backups scheduled for routine deletion
- Anonymized statistics that cannot be linked back to you
